Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Your item must be:

  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Canned Air/Duster (safety regulations)
  • Cleaning Wipes (hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Cleaning Kits
  • Any product where the original packaging seal is broken (unless defective)

Step 2: Package & Ship

After receiving your return authorization:

  1. Securely repackage the item with all original contents
  2. Include the return authorization form we provide
  3. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred shipping method (additional charges may apply)

Refund Details

Your refund will include:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping costs (if returning the entire order)

Deductions apply for:

  • Missing accessories or original packaging
  • Signs of use or damage

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid fees
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product (like faulty cable organizers or adapters)
  • An incorrect item (wrong cable type or length)
